We are new to Texas and the hailstorms that come with it. We had no idea how much damage they do, or that people actually come to your house to offer repair services lol We met Marianella and she explained that their group handles the insurance claim process for you, cover our deductible, and provide a rental car (which they delivered) while they were repairing our car. In addition - when the first rental turned out not to have A/C, they immediately sent someone with a replacement! I'm a full 45 minutes from their location. When my car was finished, they brought it back to my house and picked up the rental. On top of that, everyone was super polite and helpful whenever I had a conversation with them. Cannot recommend them enough!

Natalia was great. She worked with her experts to have a door ding fixed in a couple of hours, I would use her and Dent Mechanic Group again if needed. Thanks!

Lance was an awesome rep. he kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure everything was covered by insurance and the best part of the entire process is that they deliver the rental car to your front door as well as your finished vehicle, no running around to the rental place. Dent mechanic takes care of everything.

I took my car in for paintless dent repair on Saturday and the shop was able to get my car in and out within an hour. They are very efficient and professional. I will refer family & friends. Although some repairs were not able to be preformed due to foreign parts issues, it was not a reflection of the work that was completed by them.
